This lady is awesome! She gave me alot of options on repair used/open box/ new whatever your budget is! Every step of the repair she contacts! I sent her two laptops to repair. One that I though would need a new screen but she troubleshoot my laptop and it end up just being a cable which saved me alot of money, Very nice lady, that will save you alot of money then other places.
