To be very honest with you, we absolutely felt like family having Sara represent us for our cases. She made my husband and I feel very much at ease with our cases and absolutely looked out for the best for us as clients. We both truly have made a long term friendship ,as well as, having her represent us for any legal cases moving forward.Jul 9, 2019

The below fees do not include trial, and the fee may increase or decrease depending on your specific details: -Felonies $6000 -DUIs $2500 -Misdemeanors $2500 Family Law: We work on an hourly basis at $150 per hour for most family law cases. Our clients are required to provide us with a retainer which is generally $5,000. We are happy to work with clients on fees and retainers, so please contact me should you have questions.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? You will be working with this attorney for months or years, so be sure to hire an attorney that you are comfortable working with and that you will enjoy working with for several months or years to come.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? Here are just a few things to ask your future attorney: 1. Have a full understanding of how much the lawyer will cost. Fees change depending on the various stages of cases, and costs often increase the deeper you get into your case. ***We always set forth our fees and costs in our retainer agreement and encourage clients to ask questions.*** 2. Does the lawyer try lawsuits in court, or is every case settled out of court or referred to other lawyers to try the lawsuit? ***Durham Law Firm handles all stages of the case, from the moment you walk in the door to the moment the case is resolved.*** 3. Who will actually handle your case? ***Here at Durham Law Firm your case will be handled by our staff alongside either myself - Sara Pasquale - or Benjamin Durham.*** Don't hesitate to ask lawyers questions before you sign the retainer agreement. It is our job to make sure you have a full understanding of what our representation on your case means and have a responsibility to answer all of your questions.
