I have to say that trying to find a caterer when organising a wedding from overseas is tough. We were extremely fortunate that it was Toni who responded to our request. We spoke on the phone and immediately she put my wife and I at ease. Not only did Toni fill us with confidence but she also went above and beyond to make sure we didn't need to worry about a thing. By far the best in terms of cost and service. Toni's communication throughout the planning leading up to our wedding and in the days before could not be faulted. All of our guests were blown away by the quality of food and amount of it!!! We had Toni and 3 of her staff present during our reception organising, bar tending and serving and every single one of them were outstanding. Toni was very experienced and offered us advice whenever we needed it. I cannot recommend 'A Fine Affair Events' highly enough. We hired Ms. Woods to provide us a wedding consultation in helping us outline our wedding day timeline, ensuring we booked all necessary vendors and finally covering all the hundred little details that come with wedding planning. I found her consultation to be extremely helpful and making it well worth our time. Ms. Woods is courteous and professional and I would highly recommend her to all.

I am the MOH for my best friend’s upcoming wedding and hosted a bachelorette weekend with a group of friends. We rented a vacation home and wanted something to make the experience even more unique. I explained all of that to Chef Pierre, discussed my budget, and gave him an overview of the group of ladies. He used all the information I provided to set an amazing weekend meal line-up for us. We got to pick from customized menus beforehand, he was extremely professional, yet fun, prepared well and made delicious meals for us that everyone enjoyed! He even made a separate dish to accomodate one person’s food restrictions. The entire group was pleased with his detail and desire to go beyond the call of duty, including our bride to be. I would absolutely recommend him for events and will call again for my own future events!
Lisa Marie catered our wedding reception and did an amazing job. The food was beautiful and delicious and communication with Lisa was very smooth planning our event. We could not be happier!
We hired Events to Remember for day-of coordination for our Las Vegas wedding. Planning a wedding from halfway across the wedding can be a bit stressful and I needed someone to help with the set up of our reception. Tina went above and beyond! She touched base with us multiple times before the big day and offered suggestions for multiple vendors. She even made sure to confirm all vendors before the wedding, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time in Vegas. We had a pretty elaborate cake table set-up at the reception that she executed flawlessly! Not only is Tina thorough and and organized, she's incredibly kind and clearly loves what she does. My husband and I got married a few months ago at The Wynn in Las Vegas. We live in Dubai and had been trying to organise the event for many months until we hit a brick wall the time difference made things very tricky. After lots of research, we came across Paulina Clute. She emailed back almost immediately with all the information and some great ideas. She is super creative and came up with some really unique twists to make our day special. She video skyped with us every week and we received almost daily updates on the plans. Paulina also helped take our original ideas and make them a lot more cost-effective and stylish. For example, we wanted to rent a fabulous hotel suite for the after party, but the taxes and costs were really high, so Paulina found us the exact same suite that we wanted, but privately owned which really helped to bring down costs. She also took our favourite foods (burgers & grilled cheese) and made them gourmet, offering our guests luxurious mini versions of all their favourites. While we wanted to keep the event classy, we also wanted our guests to experience a little Las Vegas fun, so Paulina helped us trick out the suite with cool touches, such as an in-suite poker table with a dealer, a menu of custom cocktails, and limo buses stocked with mini Moet bottles to take our guests from the ceremony to our party. When we walked into the after party, Paulina and her assistant has transformed the space, everything was completely set up the fire place was on, the DJ was playing our favourite tunes, the food was ready and bubbly poured. There were candles on every surface and beautiful flower displays which Paulina had done herself! As our guests all travelled from international countries (from Australia to England!) we wanted welcome packages to be delivered to their hotel rooms. Paulina found the boxes, custom labels, ribbons and everything inside which included an itinerary for the trip, sunglasses, asprin, mints, playing cards with our initials on them and lots more. She sourced every single item and packed each box beautifully. Planning a destination wedding is difficult but Paulina was our woman on the ground, liaising and meeting with all the vendors to ensure we got the best price possible. The next day, Paulina was kind enough to pack up all our left over booze and bring it to our hotel suite. Its those extra efforts that make her service so special. Her fee is extremely reasonable considering everything she does trust us, we could not have done it without her. She made the entire process easy and fun, and made sure we relaxed on the day and had fun with our friends and family who had travelled so far to celebrate with us. At previous weddings, so many of my married friends were not able to thoroughly enjoy their big day due to stress and planning, but we were lucky enough to have Paulina and enjoy every minute. We cannot recommend her enough, she is brilliant and will be incredibly helpful. She is professional and fun exactly what youd want in a wedding planner.
Daniel was recommended to me by the event coordinator at Aliante Hotel for my wedding reception. So nice, easy to talk to, never seems rushed. I wanted all the food at my reception to be gluten-free as I, and several members of my family, including grandkids, must follow a gluten-free diet. I didn't want any of my grandkids to feel left out, by not being able to eat some of the food. Daniel worked with me on the menu, and everything was delicious. We had a buffet and the presentation was beautiful. All the serving staff was very nice, and many of our guests commented on how nice everyone was. I would recommend Daniel to anyone. Price was very reasonable.
Lara and her team are absolutely more than just flowers they’re truly are The Lil Things!! And what I mean by that is she made my Pinterest Wedding board come alive! And I’m so serious. From the beginning she was so eager to know what was inside my head in what ideas and flowers I wanted for my dream Wedding. She was willing to meet me right away and we sat for about 1hr and discussed all my plans for putting together a perfect wedding. She even shared her ideas and had printed out pages to paint my picture. She was kind enough to right out an email of pricing and was willing to work with me so that way I could afford everything that I had wanted. She was hands-down fair with pricing and also flexible on my payment arrangements . There were times where I had hit a wall and didn’t know what to do and she had come to my rescue with even better ideas. My Budget had changed for the better and she was willing to sit with me once again and map out what the perfect day would look like. She didn’t have to do that but she did it because she cared about me as her customer. I really felt like I was working side-by-side with a close friend because she is so warm and welcoming. So as we were getting closer to wedding day she continue to send emails to pulse check if there was anything I needed or wanted to add or change. She continued to set timeframes on when she would be there for me and what I would be expecting come wedding day. I did not have to hunt her down by any means or just cross my fingers and hope that she’d be there on time. Come wedding day she was punctual on her arrival and began to work immediately on creating her masterpiece! She placed all the flowers were we had discussed and there was no hiccups on moving flowers around. The chalk boards were perfect and everything I had envisioned when we had spoke! Her handwriting is beautiful! Btw! Thank you Lara from the bottoms of my heart! You have given me memories that will last a life time! I will always recommend you because your work will never disappoint! Just because you’re awesome I will somehow find away to do business with you once again 😉 see you soon!
My new husband and I decided to have a wedding out of town in Las Vegas! After about a couple months into planning by ourselves, the entire process just started to become too stressful! That's when my mom decided to hire Brandalyn for some extra help. It was the best decision we made! Brandalyn picked up the wedding planning right where we were and took charge. She took care of organizing everything I wanted/needed to be done. She helped organize the flowers, menu, drinks, transportation, photographer, videographer, hair and makeup, and directing our guests, leaving my day completely stress free! I even thought of her as an unofficial bridesmaid. Even in the limo ride to the church one of my bridesmaid's dress straps broke, and Brandalyn had an "emergency wedding day kit" filled with EVERYTHING! (I was surprised how important that kit is on a wedding day). She was not only extremely organized and professional, but honestly one of the sweetest people I have ever dealt with. The saddest part of the wedding being over was saying goodbye to her. When planning a wedding over a course of months, you want someone like Brandalyn to make your day better in every way! She is amazing at what she does! FIVE + STARS ALL THE WAY!!!
Olivia planned my wedding two and a half years ago. My husband and I are from New York City, and we couldn't travel to Las Vegas to find a venue, DJ, florist, etc. Olivia made it so easy. I tried a couple of other wedding planners before her, but they weren't as prompt at answering emails or had the kind of attention to detail that I wanted. Olivia did it ALL. I even forgot my wedding dress in the hotel room (yikes) and she ran to get it for me! She was patient and my wedding was entirely stress-free. All I did was email what I wanted, arrive at Las Vegas, pay her VERY reasonable fee, and enjoy the night of a lifetime. You can't go wrong with her.

Emily is beyond fabulous! She was there every step of the way from the day I contacted her. What I like most is her professionalism, creativity, thoroughness and that she worked with me on how much involved I wanted to be with the planning. Another great asset is that she is great at communicating with myself and vendors. With her I never felt like I was "in the dark" about a topic. There was never a doubt in my mind that she would not be able to deliver. And on top of it all the wedding turned out AMAZING! I don't think I could have dreamt the wedding better myself. With Emily and her planners my wedding day was not just phenomenal, but our best day ever!
