Aunty Helen's kitchen is very fitting Helen is like family that works with you without all the drama. She has done events for me for the last 15 years. I struggled to find catering places in Las Vegas that could meet all my needs. So I would tell Helen what I needed and she made it happen. Let's face it we all have friends on all sorts of diets from vegan, heart healthy, diabetic, etc.... So trying to cook for dinner parties was beyond my ability and even though it is easier to grab dishes that are per made these days and microwave we keep hearing how unsafe it is. Helen catered my rehearsal dinner, baby shower, my children's birthday parties, surprise adult birthday parties, graduation parties etc....She is always on time. The food is great and a huge variety. For my daughter she whipped up little tea sandwiches, small chopped veggies, fruit, cheese, cookies, and cupcakes. She had tea for the children who like it and lemonade for the little ones that didn't she even pitched in to help us dress the girls and put makeup on for the tea party. To this day my daughter and her friends talk about how much fun they had and how small the sandwiches were:). I haven't just had her do parties she actually came to hour house and made dinner for a get together I was having and I got stuck at work. I got home and everything was cooked and she brought a few extras that she felt would add to the meal. I was taken back and my guest raved about the cooking I did not take the credit I gave it to Helen that was far better than my store bought cook it and make a salad meals. My all time favorite if you give her a few days notice she can whip you up something for those office pot lucks that impresses everyone all I had to do was heat it up. She has done events from 20 to 0ver a hundred and people always have a favorite dish that's saying something in Las Vegas you can tell she is from the Midwest she is dependable and works with you. I love her salmon with fresh spinach, her hard boiled eggs have a flair, her spaghetti with meatballs is to die for, and the meatballs alone are the best.

We hired Steve to cater our wedding. Their communication was fantastic, they arrived early, and all the guests raved about the food. Steve even made a custom vegan dish for one of our guests. Then he packed up all the leftovers, and cleaned everything up for us. The service and food could not have been better.

I hired Chef Marckende Pierre to do an in-home private chef & cooking lesson combo for my dad's 75th birthday. Chef Pierre created a fusion menu, he arrived early, and he prepared a fantastic meal. Marckende and my dad talked about all the different cooking methods, and my mom (who is a picky eater) said that she loved it. I have never hired a personal chef before. I feel like I stumbled upon a treasure. I would totally hire Chef Pierre again, and I would recommend him to a friend in a heartbeat

Chef Mayra cares about her customers. She is unique and goes beyond what any other Chef would do. For example if there isn't something on the menu one can eat, she will find out what their needs are and create it or close to it. There is never an unsatisfied customer. Besides hard work she puts in love and passion in her food, customers and more! I have never seen her not smile - doing what she is passionate about - and being of service to others. I wish she had several locations because her restaurant is always full. The added bonus is she will educate you about what and why the food you consume is healthy or not. Chef Mayra makes it a practice to engage with all her customers which is exemplary setting her aside from any other in her industry. Her food is out of this world. Simply Amazing! She never ceases to tantalize my palette. And her nutritional wisdom to guide me to a healthier lifestyle is extremely priceless.

Carl's food was amazing! Prior to my event, Carl called and we discussed what type of food I wanted. He was personable and REALLY delivered! It was my first time hiring a chef and I didn't know what to expect. What I got was a friendly and responsive chef would made an awesome 4 course meal, then cleaned and packaged left overs! The price? SUPER reasonable and comparable to going out to fine dining.... only he came to me! Thanks again Carl, see you again soon!

It was magical - Chef Jeff Mauro showed up at our front door with two massive coolers and an arsenal of specialty chef supplies. Our kitchen became his playground as he turned every burner on high and let the four course festivities begin. Our daughter, who'd worked as a server in Jeff's Jam Restaurant for the summer, convinced Chef to cook dinner with her in our home before she went away to school. All I can say is WOW - we were in for an unexpected off-the-charts treat! We have been lucky enough to spend time seeking out exceptional dining experiences in Chicago, NYC & Paris from finding the perfect pancake to seeking out Michelin Star chefs going out on their own...and nothing compared to this evening. Chef Mauro is one of those people who's born to be a chef. His innate passion for food and commitment to detail shined with every course he crafted. Truly I didn't know food could taste so phenomenal. For the first course, Chef used ingredients from our garden to create an unbelievable heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad. For the second course, he prepared poached sea bass atop a bed of crispy green apple slaw. For the third course, Chef sliced and plated duck a l'orange besides a pillow of quinoa, topped with a poached quail egg and peppercorn garnish. And for course four, Chef seared the most tender venison medallions, accompanied by a house-made sauce and a sweet corn salad. Despite my course by course description, no words can do a night with Chef Mauro justice. It was so much fun. Chef engaged us every step of the way. He enlisted us in building the works of art that became our plates for each course. He paired wine with each course and described the "do's and don'ts" of cooking techniques and flavor pairings. And he created a truly unforgettable experience. 10/10 would recommend highly!

We were introduced to Chef Jenny from a friend who had been utilizing her services for over a year and highly recommended her. At our initial meeting, Jenny took notes on what our needs and expectations were - any food allergies, organic vs. non-organic, grass-fed meats, etc. We came up with a weekly time slot that worked for both of our schedules and went from there. Chef Jenny proposes a variety of weekly menu choices and manages to find ways to "sneak" in vegetables for my teenager who is a very picky eater. She comes to my kitchen one day per week and in a few hours prepares delicious, healthy, ready to cook dinners, as well as some quick, on the go, breakfast items and snacks. Chef Jenny has also made herself available on weekends and holidays, when given enough notice, to prepare meals for our entire extended family which were delicious and enjoyed by all. She prepares unique creations, as well as re-creating family traditions. I would recommend Chef Jenny to anyone who has a hectic schedule, be it work, kids, sports, etc., that wants to cut out the fast food and work back into healthy eating habits.
