Dave Omura with New Dimension Sound Entertainment Services went well over above and beyond my expectations! His quotes couldn't be better for the service he provided! Dave was contacted after I had a horrible experience with 6 other Reputable Dj companies!!! I was planning for my boyfriends surprise birthday/ going away to the USMC Marines for over 6 months!! Two weeks before the party the other Dj company dropped out with out valid reason! I was completely lost, this was crunch time! I called Dave Omura with hopes of finding an opening with a Dj that would just deliver music and lights. He was available and truly accommodating! He was professional and thorough! He met me with 15 minutes notice on a sunday night to set up for his services! He walked me through a fool-proof program that would completely personalize this experience for both myself and boy friend! He told me how I could summit a form that allowed me to not only pick all the songs i did and did not want to play during the night as well as speeches, first dances, etc. He was so accommodating he never said no! The night of the party I called the venue 1 hour before the party started to ask if any thing else was needed for the party. Even the host was shocked that Dave was already there, set up, and ready to start playing music WAY BEFORE the party started!! He never left me hanging and always followed up on submissions, the appointment, and requests. The party went off without a hitch and he even took photos as a keepsake for my loved ones. He played great music and kept up a great vibe! I DO NOT HAVE A SINGLE COMPLAINT! Thank you Dave for all you have done for me and the party!

We was fortunate to hire New Dimension Sound Entertainment last minute for my daughter who was getting married in Las Vegas! Mind you, we were all flying from Hawaii to Las Vegas! So all our communication was done over the phone or email. Any question or concerns I had, was all answer promptly! From a small party for 15 turned out to a party for 60. Dave was awesome from the time we meet with him. He calmed my nerves, since I was the mother of the bride. He advise me to take a breath and relax, that 5% of the job will be mine and the other 95% he would take over. Believe me he wasn't kidding!! He took over & did everything from the beginning to the end. He was on-time, very organized and a awesome DJ!! He went above & beyond. We danced the night away, with no worries and could actually enjoy our daughters wedding!! He gave us peace of mind and gave my daughter & new son in law a night to remember for the rest of their lives. Thanks Dave for doing such an awesome job!! I would definitely recommend you to all my friends and family...

He gave a great first impression but did not quite live up to expectations. He misses a few things during the reception.

I have no idea what was missed!!! We were in a separate room away from the reception. So it was hard for them to hear the announcements being made. We even checked in with the bride and groom and they responded with we did a great job! So I'm confused on what was missed???
