- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is all dependent on the client and their needs. We offer a free consultation where you can meet with us and check out our training style to see if we fit your needs, if you like how the consultation went we will reach out to get you scheduled with reoccurring sessions and start getting you those results you’re looking for!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are certified and have vast knowledge and experience with basic obedience and why dogs do what they do! Outside of our certification Hannah (the owner) and Chris (the trainer) are both pursuing a degree in animal behavior to learn more about why animals behave the way they do. Chris, our trainer, also has 7 years of military experience working with and training off leash bomb explosive detection dogs!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After cycling through and paying multiple different trainers to help me with my dog who had severe separation anxiety and reactivity I finally decided to give it my best shot and train him myself! Once I had completed my training with him I decided to get certified and start working with other dogs in the area, I am now pursuing a degree in animal behavior in hopes to help more dogs in need of a second chance.
