Introduction: I am a certified computer technician. I have advanced knowledge of all Windows operating systems, including most Windows software programs. I do software installation and updates; hardware installation upgrades and full system builds; and virus, malware and adware eradication with superior customer service in explaining and preventing future problems for any level of computer user. I am located on the northwest side of Las Vegas in Centennial Hills. I am willing to travel to customer (with extra charges depending on distance). I have 10 years of experience servicing computers and networks at homes and small offices. I also do intermediate to advanced skills in iPhone repairs, any electronics, and small auto jobs not requiring tools from a shop. It doesn't hurt to ask if you have anything that needs fixing, so don't be shy.

I have two laptops and my desktop that were not working properly. One was very slow and the other two would not start up at all. I was ready to buy another laptop just as I had done before (thats why I have three), but my brother recommended Josh. I gave him both laptops and my desktop. They were fixed in less than two days. They are working better than ever. The laptop and desk top that would not start are working great. He was able to save all my pictures and documents from all three. I normally bring my laptops or desktops to Best Buy but they always just erase everything and basically reset my computers. I end up losing all my pictures, files, documents. But Josh has the experience and knowledge to fix your electronics. The difference between Josh and Best Buy is Josh is not lazy. He knew how important my files are and was able to fix my computers and keep my files. I believe Best Buy is experienced but because they are too busy or lazy to take the time to take a look at every detail. I recommend Josh to fix all my computer needs. He is very knowledgable and explains anything you may not understand. He is not lazy and takes the time to fix your problem.

My friend gave me a computer and told me it wouldn't turn on. I bought another computer that wasn't working for $5. Both computers just sat there taking up space because I was too lazy to get it fixed. Then my friend told me about Josh and gave me his number. When he came over, he fixed both computers within an hour! Both are now working great! He explained to me what was wrong and what he did about it. He told me what upgrades I needed if I wanted my computer faster and running more smoothly. If I ever have any computer problems in the future, Josh would be the guy to go to. Choose me for all your computer needs if you want someone fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. You'll get what you ask for as well as any info on how to prevent any further problems. If I don't fix it, you don't pay me. Prices for my services vary from job to job but it doesn't matter how much time I put in to fixing your problem, if its not fixed you don't pay. Gratuity is always appreciate but never required. I also do returning business. Keep me as your personal on call computer tech!
