This place is a joke. This place is a joke. I have this company repair my Insignia TV and Samsung Galaxy Note, total cost for both $ 225.00. The repair for the television was quick and worth the value. The repair for the cell phone was never repaired and received the run-around. George the owner, the first time said he fixed the phone, the problems were no longer occurring and parts replaced. In less than 24hrs., the problem reoccurred. I notified the owner within 16 hrs after receiving my cell phone back. The owner George stated this time the part was not replace however was soddered. I was advised to bring back the cell phone. He kept my cell phone 24hrs then notified me he need to order a new part and was overnight-ed. This back and forth went on for day....needless to say I was without my phone close to two weeks. I was what I feel lied to by the owner. I had finally taken my phone to another repair shop, they advised the phone was not repaired and contacted Tech Tronix to discuss this poor business conduct. George with Tech Tronix advised to bring the phone back. I went back this time requesting my money back. I was advised he would return my money within three days and was given a had written guarantee. CURRENTLY AFTER MANY CALLS AND VOICE-MAILS, VISITS TO THE OFFICE WHICH WAS CLOSED DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS....I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. Needless to say I have contacted my attorney.

The person with the phoine 1-Gave her a lowner phone till hers was fixed,Her phone was fixed,I also replace her powed supply cord,She just wanted it fixed for free..I asked for a recips were she said she had taken it to be fixed but she could not produce a recipt for a refund.

George Gonzales is a crook. He stole my equipment, closed down his store, and cancelled his telephone numbers. This is the most dishonest business that I have ever dealt with. His day in court is coming.

Tech-Tronix is not a licensed business. Check with the Clark County Business License, the Secretary of State and the Better Business Bureau. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you? Stay as far away from Tech-Tronix and George Gonzales as humanly possible. I'm not sure if this guy is a pathological liar or a no-good crook.
