Firstly, I bring with me an ability to prepare virtually any cuisine. Cooking has always been my first joy in life.
Chefs play a vital role in preparing a variety of delicious dishes, soups, salads, snacks, side dishes and desserts with quality and health embedded in each dish. There are various roles and responsibilities assigned to food service staff. Among this, chefs and cooks take the responsibility of making a variety dishes. Chefs also take the responsibility of maintaining inventory and thereby, take the task of ordering food materials and any items needed for cooking. Whatever may be the roles and responsibilities, my primary aim as a chef is to prepare and present each dish, making sure it is appealing, delicious and also nutritious.
Over my career, I have consistently been successful in building and maintaining client relationships, effective time management and exceptional customer service. My epicurean delights are created with a true passion for the total effect, both in taste and visual presentation. The proof is, indeed in the pudding or the pie, mousse or flan -- all the time communicating through my meals. I feel a great chef must possess attributes, namely good sense of taste and smell for food, creativity to bring out new dishes, efficient management skills to keep work organized, as well as good communication skills.
