- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices for my personal training services is based on session length, package and location. At studio: Full hour sessions 1= $70 4= $260 8= $480 12= $696 24= $1296 48= $2400 Half sessions 4= $160 8= $280 12= $408 24= $768 48= $1440
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly improving my skills and knowledge with new techniques and certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In high school I was obese. I knew very little about proper nutrition or exercise. After transforming myself losing 70 lbs I found a love for exercise and dove into the health and fitness field first working with insurance companies wellness programs teaching employees and medical groups proper health fitness and nutrition guidelines.
