Lucy listened very carefully to what my needs and goals were to improve my fitness level. She put together a fitness regime for me, monitored my progress, made sure I used the equipment properly and safely and then increased my level of strength as time went on. Spending time with Lucy is very motivating. I respect Lucy’s level of fitness she maintains for herself and her level of expertise she shares with her students.
