Throughout my job, I ensure all quality services for my guests. I have also described and suggested food courses and appropriate wines. I have worked as a front host, as a lobby guest officer, in fine gourmet, in suite dining, and as a bartender with international foods.
I have extensive experience in the food and beverage industry and international deluxe buffet. I've worked as a banquet server providing full-time and on-call services for hotels and casinos in the strip, such as Rio, Flamingo, Ballys, Cesar's Palace and Paris Hotel and Casino.
Also, I was a banquet captain at James Hotel and a lead server-bartender at Mission Palms Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona.
