I was hoping to find a food delivery service in Las Vegas that provided healthy and yummy meals so I could have a weeks worth of food delivered to my sister who was having major surgery. I live in San Francisco and not sure exactly how to how to proceed. Low and behold I found Michael Notaro from Meal Thyme through Thumbtack, and WOW what a wonderful find ! Michael spent time on the phone with me before I ordered to explain all the available options, which were many. I was able to find meals that not only looked great, but very nutritious as well. My sister let me know the food was really tasty, the presentation of the meals was fantastic and that the delivery person was nice ! How fun ! I recommend Meal Thyme whole heartedly ! Don't look any further than Meal Thyme for any catered and delivery food needs. What a lovely experience. Thank you !

I could not have asked for a better meal service. My situation is unique as I live across the country and was trying to find a way to get food delivery to a close friend's grieving family. Michael was the first to respond to me through Thumbtack and he was so responsive to my needs. As a matter of fact, I was moved to tears by his generosity. We like to work closely to the client to tailor their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Meal Thyme each client is part of our family. We like to tailor every clients menu to their taste, budget and any other consideration. In order to do so we like to get as much information on exactly what the client is looking for before we set out an exact budget. Our customer service is great but our food stands out from any other. We even offer tasting for certain occasions. If the client doesn't have a venue for their event, we have one on site for the clients use.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our 2 owners of Meal Thyme are well known celebrity chefs. Having went to culinary school, travel the world for training, many tv appearances and most of all, cooking for many celebrities.
