- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We establish a client profile which describes the client's needs, procedures and how they want the property to be left when they are absent. This document becomes our road map for our regular services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JP Lalonde has an engineering, construction and maintenance background. JP has taken the training and passed a certification test to become a Certified Home Watch professional from the National Home Watch Association in addition of being an NHWA trainer.
