How it Works
First email me to get a copy of my Health Assessment Form. I require all potential clients to fill this out and return it to me before I agree to an initial consult either in person, over phone, or Skype.
Overview of the initial consult:
- Meet and greet!
- You explain what your biggest health issues are right now and what YOU want to work on.
- My opinions/advice on your issues and whether I feel I can I help you or not.
- We review your health assessment form together.
- formulate an idea of how your individual program will work.
- Quote you on my services.
- You decide what is right for you.
I only charge for the time I spend working specifically on your program. Any research I do in the course of creating your program, is self-study for me, so I’m not gonna charge you for that because you’re helping me. As a client you will have to trust my honesty in evaluating how much time I’m putting into your program and personal evolution.
Pricing
Initial Consult: Free of charge
Programming + Follow-up Consult/Adjustments: $90/hour
For local coaching (currently living in the metro Detroit area of Michigan) I offer a free introductory consultation to see if I think I can help you. If I believe we are a good match and I can help improve the quality of your life I will create a customized program for you. I charge $90/per working hour for my time, minus the initial consult. At the end of the consult I will quote you on how many hours I believe will be involved in the process of creating your program, explaining/teaching you the various aspects of the program, and follow-up consultations. That quote will be the price of your program.
For example, lets say you want help coming up with a nutrition program that fits your specific dietary needs, as well as, being optimized for fat loss. You also would like a simply morning workout program and have issues with getting restful sleep.
Based on that information, and the information I have gathered from my Health Assessment Form, I will quote you how many hours of work I estimate to do in the time period we will be working together. If I quote you 3 working hours the cost of the program will be $270. You will never pay more than the initial quote. However, if your program takes less time than I thought I will give you a refund. If I end up working harder for you, that just means you’ve motivated me more as your coach to help you. I love when my clients do that, and I love working with them for free at that point.

My services are expensive. If I do not feel I can help you sufficiently I will let you know up front. I handle payments by taking half the price of quote at the beginning of the program and half the price at the end. If, after implementing my advice and programming you are not satisfied, I will offer you a 100% refund on your program.
