You will see that my prices are very competitive with other Home Inspection Companies throughout the Las Vegas Valley; however, I am extremely thorough, and my Home Inspections are not 'budget' Home Inspections by any means. I pride myself on thorough Home Inspections, Detailed Home Inspection Reports, and delivering incredible service to all my clients. Buying a home is not something you do every day and we provide the information you need for peace of mind. Benefits * We deliver a computer generated report via email. * Platinum Avenue Properties home inspections meet or exceed the standards established by InterNACHI (The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). * We point out major and minor deficiencies to give you a complete picture of your new home's condition. * High resolution Digital Photos. * We identify any potential safety hazards present. * We review and explain the conditions found.
