FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charged per hour for one time deep cleaning. The first initial deep cleaning is always a little higher because you have to do all the detailing of the properties. Most of our clients that requests for one time cleaning usually become our regular clients, and after we maintained the cleaning in a regular basis, I usually charged a flat fee for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consistency and being trustworthy are the keys. I always made sure that I am very honest with them with everything especially with the charges. I always made sure that they understand what is included with the service and that there will be no hidden fees. Our main goal is to build a "long lasting business relationship" with our clients and they have to be fully satisfied and happy with the service for you to be able to build that trusts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in customer service industry for a long time and I always believed in the golden rule " treat everyone as you would like to be treated". I would never let any of my team members do things that I wouldn't do myself.
