- What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly specialize in deep and general residential and office cleaning. My favorite customers who really enjoy my services say "here's the key, just do your majic"!! Have never had a disappointed customer yet. That's saying something after almost 20+ years in the business!!! I live by good old fashioned, honest and dependable work ethics. I love animals and have no problem having them around as well as cleaning up after them!!! Of course Kids too!!!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Best advise would be to just live your life and let me take care of any and all cleaning and organizational needs. I am good at it and can guarantee you will not be disappointed. I will gladly provide references!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
This profession is very time consuming, that is, in order to do a good job. I have always been a detailed oriented cleaner but sometimes you just have no choice but to take that extra few minutes to pay attention to those small things that make a big difference. For example, time and time again I've had the great misfortune of comming accross the glass and mirrored bars. Everywhere right??? Well, what to do? you can't use one of those dust em all jobbers they sell now which are great for ceiling fans by the way! but not on these type bars since most cases you can see under all the glass and can tell if hasnt been cleaned. Anyhow. This all takes time to wipe down and clean all glassware and shelving as well as down the mirror. I've actually had customers comment on the time taken when I was dealing with a cathedral floor to ceiling mirrored, 8-20 glass shelved bar with over 200 glasses and vases, etc in glass. it took me one hour to one hour and 1/2 and this was too long for one girl to finish???? u tell me? I don't think so. remember its also a delicate matter dealing with breakables so one must be careful which also takes a little extra time. Also when a customer states "Spring Cleaning" this is known to me in the cleaning world that you want the works done. This means from floor to cieling every drawer and crevice needs to be cleaned/organized and/or wiped down and or out! Its the thorough cleaning job. This also takes time to go through every drawer and shelf. or when someone needs there windows cleaned. I'm not one to leave the windows frame full of dirt and clean the window. Have to get that dirt out too! This all takes time. I could really go on and on, but I just wanted to send out that reminder to our clientelle that a good job takes just a little more time!!!! so be easy on us cleaning help!
