If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I hired Kirsten to help me organize my home (and life, really) after my last move. The entire process was great. She was responsive to my initial inquiry and the consultation that followed really gave me peace of mind. She was attentive to my needs and goals and looked at my life holistically. It was a breath of fresh air to have an organized home. Everything she suggested was practical and creative. She had a great work ethic and completed the project within the promised time. I was really impressed with the level of service I received and overall, how positive the experience was. As a working Mom, I had fallen behind on quite a few projects at home. I hired Kirsten to organize the closets in my apartment. She's amazing. I tend to get overwhelmed with any form of organization (I'm scatter brained. Lol.) She did a great job and was able to get things organized in a manner that allows me to easily keep up with the organization. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Initial Consultation - free! For organizational projects, as well as personal assistant needs, if applicable, they are priced on an hourly basis. 25-50/hour. 3 hour minimum. Personalized follow-up emails on sustaining your new Organizational systems - free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love new clients. I offer a free consultation for all new 1st time clients! During our consultation I'll ask you to tell me about your organizational needs. We'll develop a gameplan and discuss the costs and time allotments that will be specifically catered to YOU. I'm flexible and love to take on new projects!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been organizing spaces for clients for the last 5 years! I love what I do. I've also completed college level courses in Interior Design, Green/Sustainable Design, and Architecture and Design; all of which gave me an exceptional eye for detail and organization. I'm the go-to organization gal at my part-time place of employment - Vegenation, where I serve up vegan food downtown and help in running the day to day. My jobs as a concierge, client services rep, and personal assistant, at places like McCarran International Airport, Victoria's Secret Catalog, and for clients in Summerlin, Henderson, Seven Hills, and Downtown Las Vegas have all honed my professional skills as well as my abilities to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations!
