- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I would like to meet in the location we'd be designing, with the people who will be using the space to be designed. I'd like to get a feel for your style(s) as well as specific individual needs to be incorporated while composing my design. It starts with an initial consultation and then we can move forward, provided we are a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate's degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited school. I graduated at the top of my class and was the recipient of multiple hall of fame awards.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I discovered my passion for interior design after purchasing my home. I furnished my home from scratch and remodeled many of the rooms including my backyard. I fell in love with the entire process and wondered what I was going to do with myself once I ran out of canvas at my own place. Many of my friends saw all of the changes I made, liked what I did and asked me to help with their projects and that's where my journey began. I decided to pursue a career in the field of interior design and am currently studying to learn all that I can about it. I truly love what I do and I bring my heart and soul to every project that I work on.
