This "phone repair" place located in side of a FLEA MARKET (I should have known better from the location) Located on Hwy 70 in the Brier Creek area. My repair person Charell Williams came out and it was a male I should have left then! I had my phone repaired after a 2 hour wait I got my phone back and it was not sealed at the top. 1 week later I began having trouble that got worst and to the point that my phone was inoperable so I called the repair person to inquire if there was something I could do home and/or to schedule an appointment and his phone etiquette and customer service during the call was hideous, very sarcastic in nature. Nonetheless I still have an inoperable phone therefore I had to drive 60 miles back to the flea market and park beside all of the used appliances in front of the entrance upon arrival he took my phone and offered me a dismissal which I refused and at that point, he did not prefer me to be present as he worked on my phone because I refused to leave he refused to work on my phone. Charell is definitely dishonest and has no clue as to what he's doing with cell phones. SAVEYOUR SELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE!

Bambi, we are a small business and can't afford to have our own stand-alone building, so yes, we do rent a space within the Estatibles building in Brier Creek. Here at OMG Smartphone Solutions, we do the best we can with the limited resources a small-minority owned business has. It's sad, but the only customer service issues we have are with African American women. Why do you try to hurt our business by leaving extremely inaccurate reviews? When you left our shop, you were very happy with your repair and you inspected the phone for at least 7 minutes before you even paid us. When you brought your phone back, we could tell it was dropped again and the top part of your phone, the seal was broken due to impact. You tried to tell us that the phone was broken due to poor repair, when it was obvious that you had dropped the phone again. Bambi, I lost my job with Xerox and after 4 years of not finding a steady job, I started my own business, OMG Smartphone Solutions. I am a black male, and have made it against all odds. What I can't understand is why do black women try to hurt black men, specifically black men who are trying to do the right thing, be responsible, and prosper. I have only had customer service issues with African American women, and I would really like to know why this seems like a pattern. Please help me understand.

I am writing this review from my newly fixed iPad III. I spilled water all over it last night and Mr Williams brought my baby back to like. I dropped it off this morning and have it back before I had a chance to miss it.

Horrible! Chattel has no idea what he is doing. He "fixed" my phone but a couple of days after, the phone went completely off and won't turn on. When I went back he tried fixing it again and this time he said he was unable to fix it. When I took it elsewhere I found out there were screws missing and a plate from inside the phone. It sucks! Cos now everyone else hesitates to touch the phone!!!!

Hi Yolanda, we are sorry you feel this way and wanted to make us look bad. the reason your phone was unfixable was because after I opened your phone, I could tell that someone else tried to work on it, and I could tell because screws were missing and things were out of place inside your phone. I did offer to try to fix your phone at no additional charge, but whomever you took the phone to, made it worse and did irreversible damage. Charell.
