Ryan provided the lowest estimate based on pics I provided, and we agreed on a date and time for him to come and clean up debris on our church property as a result of a wind storm. He had to reschedule due to a family emergency, but he gave about a 26 hour notice. We rescheduled, and on the day of the job he called when he and his team member was approximately 30 minutes away from the church, and they arrived when expected. The size and the amount of debris that we had was more than he expected for the size of his pickup and trailer, and because it was late in the day, he was not able to complete the removal in one load, which was fine for us. We scheduled a second day to finish the removal and he and his team member were very thorough in their clean up. They left our property CLEAN. Ryan did not try to charge us extra because it ended up being a 2 day job and his fees were competitive for the amount and size of the debris (plus a refrigerator) that we had. Great guys to work with!

So. Apparently Nostalgic Maintenance can’t be bothered with maintaining a decent level of professionalism. After scheduling the job and sending him my information, he canceled approximately two hours prior to the time he was supposed to show up, claiming a family emergency! Given the fact that emergencies do happen, a new tentative appointment was scheduled for today( January 23). I replied the scheduled time seemed insufficient for the size of the job. He never bothered to respond. I understand that mine was perhaps a job too small to bother, just putting up a Pergola from a box, but had I received a professional response, it would have developed into a much more extensive and lucrative endeavor!
