Veronica has been my therapist for about a full year now. She has helped me on my journey with healing and trauma, which is often hard but incredibly meaningful and worthwhile. I have had about five therapists in my short life and Veronica is by far, the best that I have ever worked with. I’ve struggled with depression, self harm, lack of self worth and low self esteem. Veronica was the first to actually help me grow out of the darkness and into the person that I want to be, not who she thinks that I should be, like many of my other therapists in the past. She doesn’t tell me what I should or shouldn’t do, but rather where all of my choice could lead me, and asking myself, what I want. Veronica has even helped me in other areas of my life that I didn’t even realized was hindering my mental and emotional growth. I have referred her top many friends and we have all agreed, she is THE BEST!
