- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know the importance of regular bodywork and am able to adjust my pricing based on the frequency of your session. I offer discounts for multiple sessions booked regularly, as well as incentives for referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather some basic background information via a Client Intake Form. This give me some medical history as well as clients needs, preferences, and goals. I use this information, along with a quick interview, to assess my clients needs and build a customized session each and every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a part of state and national licensing, we are required to seek out continuing education. I believe that the more I learn and grow, the better I can meet the needs of my clients.
