- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a booking fee for all services offered. Once fee is paid customer has until the end of that same day to request a refund and cancel services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers should remember quotes are given based on description within the initial request. Any changes or additions can cause price to change.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
