Alex is an amazing personal trainer. Most trainers pretend to care about you and tell you the same info you can find in the latest magazine. Alex genuinely cares about your success. My experience-I have been struggling with leg size and have been constantly training for about 2 years. Alex gave me the best workout I have ever had. What made it such a great experience is again how he cared about my success. He schooled me on many different techniques and gave me invaluable advice to continue my training. Jamie is excellent! I started nutrition coaching with Jamie at my gym. She has provided a very comprehensive plan that is easy to follow. I think the most important part of nutrition coaching is being able to be honest with your coach and Jamie makes that so easy. She never judges my bad food choices, instead she helps me see the patterns in my choices. I would highly recommend Jamie to everyone!
Ryan is the first personal trainer that I've worked with. I've been training with him for a little over a month and I've already noticed increased strength and some muscle gain. He's very knowledgeable in fitness and has helped me correct/work on my form in many exercises. He's easy to talk to and is happy to answer my questions. He provides a workout plan every two weeks, but unfortunately no nutritional plan, though he has made recommendations on how to approach it. Overall, he's been a great trainer and I will continue to train with him until I reach my fitness goals.
