- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Absolutely.We are very competitive for what we do. Also, Everything is custom. Location, time, labor, deadline, and everything is all taken into consideration into making a quote. The quote is never final if the client keeps adding on things to do before the end of the event and or service. You will always need a about $500 bucks! That is a great start to anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fast communication. All text and all email. Tell us what you are looking for and we get to work working for you right away. We need to know what your budget is so we can then agree to consult with you and or take the job. We need forms filled out and papers signed to get into our system. Even for a website. We need all your information. It is simple really. We can produce from a different state or from another country. Website and event. It all really is up to you the client and your budget.
