- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is based on session frequency and consistency. also different pricing for group training, competition prep and boxing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
do a full fitness consultation that goes over all aspects of their training program which includes resistance training,cardio programming and meal planning. I give them workouts and cardio that the client to will be held accountable to do on their own, as well as food Journaling. Then checking to make sure their are structurally and functionally sound with a light workout, to see if we need to also incorporate corrective exercise to the plan
