FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No because everyone's homes, buisnesses, and pest pressures are different so I Taylor price to the customers needs. Standardized pricing is for large companies trying to turn profits and I don't believe in fast food pest control and short term solutions.(bandaids) I am a complete cure and clean bill of health professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know them as well as have them get comfortable with me. I also explain everything I am going to do with asking what there pest concerns are. I outline service moving forward so that the customer is reassured I am not a fly by the seat of yoir pants company. Communication is so important and I do alot of it follow up calls, service calls, service reports, exit interviews with observations and recommendations. I want my customers to know I really do care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I managed Western Exterminators for almost 9 yrs. And trained almost 40 technitians at one point. I have pushed myself to understand Termites, ground fumigation, heat remedition and other very important catagories in my profession.I also managed Preventive pest control and about 20 techs over there. I have done it all and often enough to have a good reputation for quality in this town.
