- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on whether our services are needed on a Weekday or Weekend. Holidays are prime-pricing. Small (photo booth) house parties of 50 or less are more affordable.. Large corporate events with different services are priced to suit the client's needs. Call us, give us the details and we will provide a Free Quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive an inquiry from a client we like to talk to them and obtain as much information as possible about the event. Once we have agreed on the cost and services which will be rendered we complete a service agreement with all the event details. We also require a deposit as part of the scheduling process. We work with the client from beginning to end and try our hardest to make sure they get what they need and that their expectations are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are innovative and creative. We guarantee that we are the hardest working photo booth provider you will find. We are always researching and trying something new. We are experts in the photo booth field. Our head photographer is certified by the New York Institute of Photography.
