- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is based on a variety of different options including how the images are shot (out of camera vs. post-processed), delivery times, color-correcting or post production work on video, etc. Everything we do is scalable and based on hourly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For every project, we do require a signed online contract and typically a 50% retainer is due at the time of booking with the balance due on or before the shoot date. Everything is handled through our online booking system which is quick, easy, and a very positive experience for our new clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of CorporatePhotography.com has over 35 years of collective experience in shooting specifically corporate events. All of our contracted photographers are vetted and go through a rigorous training process before we ever send them out on a shoot. We also provide regular training sessions with our team to insure everyone is up on the most consistent, high-quality standards we require.
