Introduction: I provide piano lessons in your home. I have a BA from Berklee College of music in piano performance and music education. I have extensive experience in teaching lessons at music stores and with tutoring agencies. I have also taught music in the public school system. I have played with major recording artists and with many shows on the strip. I have 2 recitals a year for students who are interested. I teach 30, 45, and 60 minute lessons.

Mike does a great job teaching beginning piano to our three (3) children ages 3, 9, and 11 and is teaching my husband in his continuing music studies. Mike comes to our home to teach and makes the most of every lesson for each student based on their individual ability level and rate of progress. Mike is friendly, responsive and has never cancelled a lesson. Our family would recommend Mike.

Mike Dowe is an outstanding piano teacher. My daughter , a high school student,has been taking lessons from Mike for over a year and she has had amazing progress in this time. Mike is extremely patient and is encouraging. He is very focused when he is teaching . He challenges his students to do their best. Under Mike's guidance , my daughter has learned the valuable lesson to keep working on a piece until you master it . I am a teacher and I can say without reservaton that Mike Dowe is an excellent piano teacher and I gladly would recommend him as a piano teacher to both the beginning and advanced student.

He help me to play Chopin and Bach pieces better. Learned all my major scales and playing with metronome. Working on better technique on the piano.
