- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
During the estimate we will have a discussion of your vision for your project and what your timeframe is. From there we will make recommendations and provide you with a no-pressure estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive the request for an estimate by phone, email, or in this case, by thumbtack and we have a brief discussion to make sure we have your correct contact info and understand your basic vision for your project. We schedule your estimate for a day and time convenient for you. The estimate takes place at your home so we can take all the factors into consideration and provide you with an accurate estimate. You receive a copy of our license and insurance during the appointment. You will then be emailed our estimate and if you have any questions, you can let us know. When estimates are accepted, the next steps are to digitally or physically sign the proposal, provide a 50% deposit, select colors, and schedule a project start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has decades of experience painting and refinishing. We are always providing training and attending workshops and researching new products and techniques to ensure the highest quality and best value for your kitchen transformation.
