- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Meet the three Founders and Owners: Nate is one of the most knowledgeable real estate brokers, having completed more than $200 million in real estate transactions since 2012. He earned his Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah in 2017 and his CCIM designation in 2018. His passion for property management stems from being a landlord himself, personally owning more than 350 units around the country and another 52 condominium units currently under construction. Nate understands that real estate is often the most valuable investment people own and their profitability, success and protection largely depend on how well they are managed. Emil oversees business operations for the company. He’s had extensive experience working in property management Industry with a outstanding reputation. He knows what it takes to successfully manage owners with investment properties and the residents who live within these dwellings. He has found joy in helping owners maximize their portfolios while giving residents a peaceful experience. Emil has been essential in creating our business operations that’s professional and reliable for all involved. He grew up with a part of a strong Guatemalan culture and speaks fluent Spanish. He enjoys his career as he supports his wife Heather and his daughter Raelynn. Flint oversees the business administration and financials of the company. He earned his business degree from Brigham Young University and has several years of professional experience managing different business portfolios worth $30-$40 million dollars. Flint first found his interest in real estate investing by turning his first home into a rental. Realizing the potential (when managed correctly), he now owns several units around the country and recognizes the value of residual income. Flint now enjoys working with investors by helping them find peace of mind through our management services to secure their real estate investments. Flint and his wife, Sarah, have one son, Atlas, and one daughter, Everest.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Peaceful Property Management was created by investors who have owned several hundred units over the past decade. With that experience, they saw a need to improve the experience for investors who use property management services. Investors may choose a Property Management Company for many different reasons. Some reasons include an owner’s lack of time, skill, or knowledge, other reasons are they’re distance from the property as they may be out of state or the country. But what is common among all owners is their desire for transparency, responsiveness, and open communication. Investments comes with risk, especially within rentals, but with a proper management company these risks can be mitigated significantly. This is why Peaceful Property Management was created. Because the founders with their investments were repeatedly receiving poor service, unprofessional communication, lack of transparency, and unresponsive behavior. This also translated into an undesirable experience for the residents. Therefore founders of Peaceful Property Management created from scratch a new business model and company infrastructure that gives residents a more positive experience (resulting in longer leases) and gives investors the peace of mind they’re craving.
