- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on the service package you want and the location of your rental property(ies). We keep things simple, transparent, and flexible by only charging a leasing fee once a tenant is placed and a monthly fee only while your property is occupied. Other features of our fee structure are: - No lease renewal fees - Worry-free cancellation--terminate in first 90 days with no cost. - Rent guarantee for Poplar qualified residents - $15k eviction protection included. If you refer another property owner to Poplar, you can both get credits towards leasing fees! Contact us to learn more. Discounts are also available if you plan to manage more than 5 rental units with Poplar Homes.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our executive team has 50+ years of combined real estate experience and we are licensed in 5 states. Our executives come from some of America's largest property management operations such as American Homes 4 Rent and Vacasa. All members of our team go through rigorous leasing and property management training. We also work with local real estate attorneys and organizations in each market to stay abreast of changing real estate and rental laws.
