I would avoid their properties and the BS they serve up about maintenance and repairs. They are not honest, don't keep their word, no follow-up just blah, blah, blah and property is falling apart. This tenant left the property a disaster and wasn't happy that he got all his deposit back.
This group is not to be trusted. Wendi Williams, Limestone Investments, LLC. and LV Property Search should be avoided at all cost. I have not received nearly $8k in promised repairs and in addition, I was illegally locked out of the property. Avoid!Jan 5, 2015Limestone Investments LLC's reply
This tenant has not completed his walk through AND the owner promised compensation in repairs - not Limestone Investments.
