What else do you need from a Realtor other than knowledge of the business? If youve ever bought or sold a home you know you need a lot more than just that. These are some of things I appreciated about working with Michael: * He is ethical and fair, and advises his clients through that lens * He has been around the block, understands the chess game, and provides very clear direction on what needs to be done in order to achieve the goals at hand * He is easy to speak with...I've worked with many fancy people at big, fancy firms who love using fancy jargon. Not Michael. He breaks it down for you, cuts though the B.S., and helps you to understand the full scope of each situation * He is FAST...he returns calls and emails on the same day. Always responsive. You'll never have to chase him down like other Realtors. * His rates are extremely fair and I saved several thousand dollars working with him. Michael is definitely my 1st call if I ever need a Realtor the future, and he should be your 1st call now.

I started working with Michael back in 2003 and have worked together on many transactions since. My Husband and I have found him to be a "NO BULL" kind of guy. We went through some tough times in these past years and Michael is one the people that we turned to for help. Mike did a fantastic job helping me sell my house. The money I saved using his options program really helped! But more important than the money was his professionalism, responsiveness, and the ability to keep things on an even keel. Available when I needed him and he made sure the entire home selling process was seamless. Also thanks to his team, they never missed a detail and they communicated often and clearly. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience during such a stressful process. I would refer him to anyone! Great job!

We asked Michael to help us find a home in the Vegas area. Within the first weekend of looking at dozens of homes we found the perfect one for us due to Michael's diligence in staying on top of the MLS listings. He listens to your needs and doesn't waste time showing homes you wouldn't want. Michael won't stop until you find the home you want.
