- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, I normally charge 8%. There are some property's that require more services and will be charges 1-2% more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a meeting to discuss what their particular needs are and their expectations so I can provide them with the service they require.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of property management experience and a licensed real estate agent with a property management certificate in good standing.
