I started training with Dustin about a month ago! It's been an amazing experience for me!! Dustin is great trainer - he knows what he is doing - his workout sessions are fun and extremely effective as long as you follow his plan! This was my first time using a personal trainer- so I'm very happy that I chose Dustin. If you are looking for something to better yourself and your health Dustin is the way to go!! ???
Joining Magic Fitness is the best thing I have ever done. Magic is a great trainer. He really knows his business. He pushes me to do things I never even thought of. I have more energy than I have in years. I look forward to my workout and always leave there laughing. At 65 I never thought I would be working a speed bag. Where else do you get one on one training, watch DVD's of my choice while getting the best workouts ever? Oh, and the inches are coming off too!
My 15-yr-old son is a competitive tennis player and has been taking strength & conditioning training with Devan the last few months. He really likes his sessions with Devan and loves the one-on-one training and guidance. Devan operates out of a great facility and is enthusiastic about what he does and also flexible in his scheduling, which we appreciate!
Brian is extremely professional and great at communicating daily to make sure his clients are satisfied and on the right track for success. He checks in with me several times a day to make sure I am doing alright training wise, and is easy to text if I ever have any questions or concerns. He is flexible and will work with any schedule. I have been working with him for several months and have noticed amazing results. I am thrilled with his services, and couldn't imagine having another trainer.
I have been working with Marcia for two years now and could not be happier. She is a results driven instructor without being overbearing or obnoxious. Marcia has taken me from a size 22 to a size 10/12. She also does conditioning training with our 12 year old son on a weekly basis. He is heavily involved in club soccer. His coaches and other parents have asked what we are doing with him because the marked improvement in his performance. In short, I would highly recommend Marcia and Integral Fitness to anyone at any level of fitness. I have gone from someone that never even thought about exercise to enjoying and looking forward to on a daily basis. I have even done several races. That is something, two years ago I would have bet my house could never happen.
I absolutely LOVE training with Gev!!! He is so knowledgeable in what he does. He takes the time to listen and understand what you want to achieve and tailors every workout towards it. So far, every workout has been insanely challenging, and he is always pushing me to my limits. I like how he educates me on nutrition and diet and constantly follows up on my eating habits to make sure I stay on track. Gev makes working out amazingly fun, not to mention, his charming personality is just an added bonus. I strongly recommend him, if you're looking for the perfect trainer. His passion to help others reflects in his work... and he will always be my inspiration. :)
Was looking for personal training in a low-key comfortable environment without the "sell" larger gyms place on you. Kelly is great. Took a few sessions to evaluate my strength/fitness and now focuses on areas I need improvement. His background in Hypnotherapy, Meditation, and Life Coaching is a plus in that you can't help but benefit from his positivity and outlook.

Mick takes his time to show you how to do things correctly, challenges you to be better every session, and always has a positive outlook. Our sessions are always tough and rewarding. I've been working with Mick for 30 days and within this short period of time I have had some amazing things happen. About 6 months ago, I had a really gnarly cliff jumping accident which left me unable to exercise for 3 months & forced to modify my exercises for 6 months which atrofied the little muscle that I had. I wanted help getting back on the horse & I had success with a trainer when I was 17 (I'm 22 now) who was able to target the areas that I wanted but my experience with trainers since then has been dismal at best. I've seen about 3 different trainers in Vegas alone in the past month with the sole purpose of bodybuilding the muscles in my butt. I've told all of them that I wanted to avoid overworking my arms, didn't want to hurt my back & most importantly wanted to REALLY active my glutes (every girls dream, right??). None of them delivered until I met Jordan. It's the day after my first workout & im sooooo sore in all the right places (hello new butt here I come!!). I expressed my concerns & he took the time to make a custom workout for me BEFORE the session (how awesome is that??). He kept track of my reps (something all trainers should do but few actually do), encouraged me to push myself, seems to genuinely care & has a great smile to boot. I'm his new fan!! When I told him that I have a predisposition to back pain, he repositioned himself to make sure my back was staying straight so I wasn't hurting myself & that made a world of difference. He also kept checking with me to make sure I wasn't hurting my knee & made sure I had knee pads if it was required which was really nice. The way he set the workouts up, my knee didn't hurt at all (yay!) but he didn't make me feel like I'd be whining if I said it did. Im impressed with his patience, dedication & attention to detail. His package deal is also incredibly affordable which is awesome because I really wanted to hardcore train my glutes 3 times a week. I'm super freaking excited to post before & after pictures because I know Jordan will deliver!! Jordan is the epitome of affordability meets quality & he deserves all the praise in the world. He's charming, affordable & delivers results according to what YOU want (that's a biggie right there). "I was lucky enough to train with both Rachael and Steve while I was working in Germany. My initial goal was to start lifting weights more consistently and regain a level of fitness that I had lost over several months and then eventually focus on fat loss. They were able to design both nutrition and fitness programs that both met me where I was at but also pushed me to be and do the best I could in the gym and in my life (even when I did not believe I could). I looked forward to my workouts and as I improved and was able to make gains in the gym they adapted my program so I was always reaching for more. I also appreciated that were very grounded in their approach to health and fitness and advocated a balanced approach in both arenas Rachael often discussed her obsession with German Christmas cookies. 🙂 But this did allow me mental freedom from feeling like I had to be on a strict regimen, could enjoy treats every now and still have an overall healthy lifestyle. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to train with them and still use many aspects of fitness in my current regimen that I learned from my training.
I have worked with Kazi for about four years and Im thrilled with my results. I decided to get a personal trainer because I need both discipline of the regular workout and the expertise of a professional to get results. During my time working with Kazi, my strength, tone and balance have all improved dramatically. The balance especially means a lot to me because I noticed my balance declining, and I know its critically important as we get older. I also have much improved stamina and more energy from my workouts with Kazi. As my body has transformed, Ive gotten lots of compliments on my fitness, including from girls 20 years younger than me, who dont even know how hard it is to keep it tight as we get older (Im 46)! Ive also felt more mentally grounded with regular workouts. Kazi is always thoughtful about designing the workouts: they are diverse, tailored to me, and increasingly challenging. They are also all things I can do right in my kitchen, where we do the workouts. Its incredibly convenient to have Kazi come right to my door and work out at home. No muss, no fuss, no looky-loos, just a challenging workout with the trainers undivided attention. I strongly recommend personal training and highly recommend Kazi. He is committed, reliable, knowledgeable, personable, intelligent and always professional. I couldnt ask for a better trainer.
Chris is the best trainer I havs ever had. He helped me achieve my fitness goals and kept me on track when I felt like giving up. His knowledge and skills kept my workouts fun and challenging.
I met Rushane outside of thumbtack training at Centennial hills park. And i have to say, he is an amazing trainer and person. His work outs are challenging but he gradually worked me into the program the more i progressed. What i also like about this guy is he always asks me how i'm feeling to see if he should alter the work outs. Oh and another thing after the 1st couple weeks i have a full written program that i go off of once i get to training so i know what i have to do. There is so much i can say about my experience working with him but i wont spoil it for others haha!
I hired Bonnie as a personal trainer .. at first I was just wanting to cut up I was in pretty good shape already but was needing some help in areas . After three months of training with Bonnie we started kicking around the idea of maybe trying to do a show .So we picked out a date and a show and the work began . Bonnie pushed me to levels I've never been to before . After twelve weeks of hard core exercise cardio and a stricked diet I walked on stage at the legends classic and took second my first show ! The following year she trained me I walked on stage at took first !!! And now she's started training me for a up coming show and with her professionalism and drive I know together we will bring home another trophy .
I worked with Justin for about a year and a half and he is one of the better boxing coaches I've had. Justin is great and zeroing in on your individual strengths and weaknesses as a fighter. He tailored a training plan to my style and was always full of good advice and insight.
GABE by far is ***THE BEST TRAINER ** that I've ever had! I'd like to start by saying that I'd recommend Gabe for ALL FITNESS LEVELS, from beginners to advanced. I thought that was important to say because Gabe is a big guy, and seeing him just might intimidate some newbies. But he's about the kindest, most compassionate person, who's simply passionate in helping everyone obtain their fitness goals! Being in the fitness industry myself for over 20 years, having competed at a national level, I found myself injured (this was before I met Gabe). Training for shows can very intense. I tore my labrum in my hip and glute tendon. I had surgery, numerous injections, PT and it truly was a very long recovery. For the first time I found myself saying, "I can't ..." This was by far the hardest place for me to be because it takes your confidence away. Instead of focusing on a good workout, I would be guarded out of fear of re-injury. I was still in this place when I met Gabe. One of the main things I looked for when I decided to get a trainer, was someone who was going to understand my injury, understand proper form/function, how to prevent injury, and at the same time, push me to the next level. I'm no spring chicken, at 41, and simply want to be the best I can at my age. Gabe watches me closely when I do my sets, will stop me the moment he sees my form off even a hair and makes me reset myself. Since I've started training with him, I've regained my confidence in the gym. Gabe has also taken me to another level, and I'm seeing my definition returning in my legs! I'm feeling stronger and leaner! I'm so GRATEFUL to have found Gabe!
