Introduction: My work stands out because not only are my rates competitive, but with each service I perform I also try to educate the client. Example would be after installing software, I try to make sure my client understands how to use it, back up the data, and simplify to fit their needs.
The thing I like most about my job is using my education to provide solutions to businesses and individuals technology related needs that will save them money and keep them competitive. I never have two days that are the same. I know I have done my job when you no longer have to worry about technical issues or computers and are able to focus on your business or other task of equal importance. When I am able to save my clients more money than the cost of my service, and still achieve the desired goal --- that's a great day.

I do my work late at night, so obviously I tend to get into trouble in the wee hours of the night but I can still get a hold of ECS first think the next morning..I can almost be sure John can be here before noon..Hes fast at detecting the problem and he very efficient about fixing the problem too.Ive been using John for 5 yrs now and I WONT use anyone else

John did a great job cleaning up my system after my daughters boyfriend totally destroyed it. He was on time and did what he said he would do for the price agreed upon even though it took him longer than he expected it to take. I have had him back two times sense then and I need to call him again to set up my printer.
