- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always give fair prices. If you receive a lower quote and show it to me I will match or beat it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will come out for an assessment to sign up for monthly service or a service call if there is an issue that needs repair. We will go over everything, answer all questions, and give you a quote. If it sounds good then we will get started working right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPO Certified. Trained to work with electrical systems, pneumatic and chemicals.
