I have been going to Dustin for personal training for almost two years and couldn't be happier with my health. When I first started, Dustin took time to make sure every exercise was explained fully and then followed through while I attempted each one. With hard work and Dustin always encouraging along the way I made huge progress. I continue to workout with Dustin as each workout brings new challenges.
Joining Magic Fitness is the best thing I have ever done. Magic is a great trainer. He really knows his business. He pushes me to do things I never even thought of. I have more energy than I have in years. I look forward to my workout and always leave there laughing. At 65 I never thought I would be working a speed bag. Where else do you get one on one training, watch DVD's of my choice while getting the best workouts ever? Oh, and the inches are coming off too!
I've been training with Devan since January 2013 and had the goal of losing weight and improving my over all fitness. I started at almost 215 lbs and around 25% body fat. Within 4 months I had dropped down to 180 lbs and about 17% body fat. Now we're working on building muscle to improve my performance in the recreational hockey league I play in. I have already seen improvements in my endurance and overall strength and can now keep up with other players that were much better skaters then me. Devan has always worked around my schedule and been a pleasure to work with. I never thought I would actually enjoy going to the gym, never mind pay someone to watch me do all the work.
An outstanding trainer. Depending on what your training for, or just working out. This guy is the man. He will help you physically and emotionally. Perfect 1st time trainer experience. Took a few sessions to evaluate my strength/fitness and now focuses on areas I need improvement. His background in Hypnotherapy, Meditation, and Life Coaching is a plus in that you can't help but benefit from his positivity and outlook.
I have been working with Marcia for two years now and could not be happier. She is a results driven instructor without being overbearing or obnoxious. Marcia has taken me from a size 22 to a size 10/12. She also does conditioning training with our 12 year old son on a weekly basis. He is heavily involved in club soccer. His coaches and other parents have asked what we are doing with him because the marked improvement in his performance. In short, I would highly recommend Marcia and Integral Fitness to anyone at any level of fitness. I have gone from someone that never even thought about exercise to enjoying and looking forward to on a daily basis. I have even done several races. That is something, two years ago I would have bet my house could never happen.
Ken is an experienced and knowledgable fitness professional. You can expect new and challenging exercises every session. I have lost fat, gained strength and learned new techniques and proper form. I would recommend him to anyone!
They make me feel at ease and comfortable with training even though I haven't worked out in forever. They geared my training to suit me and my abilities and I can feel the burn in muscles I forgot I had, so its working..lol!
RYAN has his special way to do the training, he pays close attention on my movements and help me do them in a right way, the one hour training was very tense and challenging...but I felt great in the next day....RYAN also make the training fun with his sense of humor...very good experience, definitely recommend to everyone who is interested in personal training....
Mick is the best! I wish I still lived in Vegas, because I would still be going to him 3-4 days a week. He is really a wealth of knowledge, and I enjoyed picking his brain about fitness and nutrition. During training sessions, Mick always pushed me to my limits...which I needed! He really spends thorough time with his clients, and didn't just treat me like a time slot like some trainers. It's really nice to work with someone who practices what he preaches!
About 6 months ago, I had a really gnarly cliff jumping accident which left me unable to exercise for 3 months & forced to modify my exercises for 6 months which atrofied the little muscle that I had. I wanted help getting back on the horse & I had success with a trainer when I was 17 (I'm 22 now) who was able to target the areas that I wanted but my experience with trainers since then has been dismal at best. I've seen about 3 different trainers in Vegas alone in the past month with the sole purpose of bodybuilding the muscles in my butt. I've told all of them that I wanted to avoid overworking my arms, didn't want to hurt my back & most importantly wanted to REALLY active my glutes (every girls dream, right??). None of them delivered until I met Jordan. It's the day after my first workout & im sooooo sore in all the right places (hello new butt here I come!!). I expressed my concerns & he took the time to make a custom workout for me BEFORE the session (how awesome is that??). He kept track of my reps (something all trainers should do but few actually do), encouraged me to push myself, seems to genuinely care & has a great smile to boot. I'm his new fan!! When I told him that I have a predisposition to back pain, he repositioned himself to make sure my back was staying straight so I wasn't hurting myself & that made a world of difference. He also kept checking with me to make sure I wasn't hurting my knee & made sure I had knee pads if it was required which was really nice. The way he set the workouts up, my knee didn't hurt at all (yay!) but he didn't make me feel like I'd be whining if I said it did. Im impressed with his patience, dedication & attention to detail. His package deal is also incredibly affordable which is awesome because I really wanted to hardcore train my glutes 3 times a week. I'm super freaking excited to post before & after pictures because I know Jordan will deliver!! Jordan is the epitome of affordability meets quality & he deserves all the praise in the world. He's charming, affordable & delivers results according to what YOU want (that's a biggie right there). Tifani helped us as a receptionist and host for a 150+ person plus private reception. Her role was to verify guests before allowing them to enter. Her calm professionalism and attention to detail allowed her to turn away over 40 people who attempted to crash the party without incident. One must assume she brings this level of care and professionalism to her physical training as well. I'd hire her for either task in a heartbeat.
You won't find a better trainer in all of Vegas. Knows his business and understands long term and short term goals
"I was lucky enough to train with both Rachael and Steve while I was working in Germany. My initial goal was to start lifting weights more consistently and regain a level of fitness that I had lost over several months and then eventually focus on fat loss. They were able to design both nutrition and fitness programs that both met me where I was at but also pushed me to be and do the best I could in the gym and in my life (even when I did not believe I could). I looked forward to my workouts and as I improved and was able to make gains in the gym they adapted my program so I was always reaching for more. I also appreciated that were very grounded in their approach to health and fitness and advocated a balanced approach in both arenas Rachael often discussed her obsession with German Christmas cookies. 🙂 But this did allow me mental freedom from feeling like I had to be on a strict regimen, could enjoy treats every now and still have an overall healthy lifestyle. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to train with them and still use many aspects of fitness in my current regimen that I learned from my training.
I hired Bonnie as a personal trainer .. at first I was just wanting to cut up I was in pretty good shape already but was needing some help in areas . After three months of training with Bonnie we started kicking around the idea of maybe trying to do a show .So we picked out a date and a show and the work began . Bonnie pushed me to levels I've never been to before . After twelve weeks of hard core exercise cardio and a stricked diet I walked on stage at the legends classic and took second my first show ! The following year she trained me I walked on stage at took first !!! And now she's started training me for a up coming show and with her professionalism and drive I know together we will bring home another trophy .
Was in LV for a few days and needed to train so gave Steve a call. Steve is a true professional. He was on time when he said he would be and we worked out the total body. His exercises were innovative and was able to receive an amazing work out.
I had the best experience training with John Kelly! he is a awesome teacher and friend. I witnessed major results with my physical appearance and strength. He always pushed me to my limits and taught me how to power lift the right form and structure. Also, I never felt like I was the only one doing the work. He did same or similar work outs as I was doing so I never felt alone! Following up he always sent work outs that I could do on my own if he was not present. Overall I recommend John to everyone looking to push their body goals to max! He is a lean mean training machine ;)
I am beyond thankful for finding Terry. A few months ago I was finally ready to get back in the gym after a bunch of health issues and injuries, which caused me to put on unwanted weight from lack of exercise and other issues. The week I started there were a few trainers that asked me if I wanted to work with them and I was like "Nope, I know how to work out, thanks!" I figured I did not need a trainer considering I use to be unstoppable at the gym a few years back. Then I meet Terry, right off the bat I liked her, she is friendly and has been through some of the challenges that I have so I knew she understood what I needed, so I put my ego aside and decided to hire her, and so glad I did. Terry has taught me the right way to use the machines, turns out that all of the years I was working out on them I was doing it wrong, which is why I got injured. That just goes to show, I might know something, but it is always good to get another opinion because I do not know everything. After a few months of working with her, I am toning up, and getting stronger, I am happy with the results and continue to use her for training!! She is the best; a must hire!!
