- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client has unique needs which we try to meet within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I meet with each client personally and discuss their needs and goals. After we have determined the client's immediate needs we may strategize ways to achieve long term goals. I provide a prospectus or quote that the client and I have agreed upon and , once accepted, have an onboarding session to map out how we will begin working together and collect any necessary information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the field since 2009. My educational background is in Literature and Medical services but learned through online coursework taught by industry greats such as Amy Porterfield, Kim Garst and Ryan Deiss
