FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes an introductory phone call or e-mail with the customer to find out what their looking for and help me to see what concerns need to be met to help ensure that I can provide the best possible product for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked several years in a staffing recruitment office, helping to place applicants at all different stages in their careers and at all different levels of employment. I worked on temporary, temporary to permanent and direct hire permanent positions for businesses ranging from just a handful of employees to multi-national corporations who employ tens of thousands of employees. As for academically, I have always had a passion and interest in reading and writing of both English and Spanish. I passed both English Advanced Placement finals with top scores, and also achieved high marks in several of the courses I have taken so far in college (I am also a student currently seeking to attain a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Sociology).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began doing this specific type of work after helping a friend rewrite their resume for them, and they ended up landing a job the very next day using that rewritten resume and just a few simple tips I had thrown in that helped him make the best first impression possible. After then, I found myself being asked to help friends, family, and even friends of family with their resumes and it began to grow.
