- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I suffered from upper respiratory illness, including chronic bronchitis and asthma, when I was younger. Yoga helped me to heal, get off the prescribed medications, and strengthen my lungs. I wanted to help others in their efforts to live healthier lives.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of therapeutic work; especially with back and shoulder problems, but also other types of injuries and ailments. I also specialize in yoga during pregnancy.
