I started doing yoga for the first time with Tes. She was amazing teaching beginners. I fell in love with yoga but I loved more Tes. Both combined really made a difference in my life.
Highly recommend practicing yoga to release stress, to relax, stretch and be happy. And Tes will always be my to go instructor !!! ❤️
