Devan isn't like any trainer I know, he wants the best for you and acts like it, he checks in with you and is consistent.....other trainers don't stick around like he does. I appreciate his talent and when I can I'll alway have something nice to say about him...and he know his stuff!!!
Reinier's five-day-a-week, 1-hr bootcamp program is infinitely addictive. I've worked out for 27 years, but I've never had a program that I was willing to get up at 5:30 a.m. to do -- five days a week. I'm stronger, more energetic and have more muscle tone than I ever have (I'm 41). There's a theme to each day of the week (Monday=abs, Weds=hill running day, Friday = leg day, etc.), so I never get bored or burnt out. Reinier incorporates endless amounts of variety into each workout (I've been doing it for 9 months and haven't had the same sequence twice, at least as best as I can tell). Besides having structured an inspiring, effective workout regimen, Reinier has a great personality and quirky sense of humor. It's awesome to be mid-burpee, sweating bullets and panting and just HAVE to laugh because he's spouted off one of his signature Reinier-isms. While his own zeal for running 100-mile races, etc., isn't something I personally share (I loathe running, beyond what we do at bootcamp) -- he never makes anyone feel like a wimp for not constantly training for the next big thing the way he does. (Of course, many of his bootcampers are in perpetual race-training mode.) Oh -- and when his wife and business partner Kerry subs for him, she does a great job, too. It's different, but equally engaging. They're a super team!
All of Gev's classes are amazing! He is such a wonderful person and has a beautiful soul. He is so motivating and helps push you to the next level. I love his bootcamp classes. He has you do such a variety of exercises. His classes always have a great energy & are never the same. He also takes the time to talk with you if you have any questions on fitness or obtaining a certain yoga pose. You won't regret taking a class with Gev!!

When you think of Tony as being a bodybuilder you think his training is all about heavy weightlifting but it is not. Tony first focuses on your diet. He explains why it is important and what and how to eat. Then he develops a routine to condition the body for training. Once you start training he works every inch so you can achieve the desired results you are looking for. Tony knows this business and I would refer anyone to him that is serious about their body. Tony also follows up to make sure you are on track. Thank Tony and I am still working!!!
I am doing personal fitness training with Jose Garcia going. He is amazing. I know that he's passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. If you need special accommodations such as being a senior, he will definitely work with you. He is more than happy to teach you for those who want to learn and encourages you to raise your bar. With the high level and deep respect, he is of top quality. As a trainer, he does have you work on your core with abs. He does rotates exercises for strength, agility/speed, and endurance with using exercises such as V-ups, resistance bands, ladders, steppers, and light weight balls (4 lbs, 6 lbs, etc.). I think he does go above and beyond and his level of service comes from his knowledge, experience, and outgoing personality.
