Eddie removed an old chandelier from a 17 foot ceiling and hung a new one. The new chandelier was pretty difficult to assemble - just poorly designed. But Eddie had a great attitude and got it done. He was very friendly and pleasant to have in our home. He was also prompt and dependable. I would definitely plan on using him again if I needed additional work done.

Great work. Great price. Great person! What more can you ask! He installed a ceiling fan in my great room and Chandelier light fixture in living room both of which were 20 feet high in the air. Was quick and made it look easy. Would ...and ...am recommending him to my friends.

Vic is a delight to work with. I needed help assembling several pieces of patio furniture, hanging some valences above a high window, replacing a toilet paper holder and ring towel holder in a powder room, and assembling a garden arch. He arrived on time, had a clear organization plan in mind for my many small chores and finished all of them, plus two more that I "sprung" on him. I am delighted to find him through thumbtack.

I received several quotes from many people on this app and others like it. I had several companies come look at the job, installing new fans ( new set up and replacing existing ). He did a Great job, he did very clean work, he even removed some old chandelier’s I did not want. I am planning on asking him to mount some TV’s on the wall when we get to that point. So if you need someone to install fans I highly recommend him.

Randy installed a wall sconce chandelier in my home. It took about an hour and a half (including putting all the chandelier pieces together) Professional, knowledgeable and on time! He cares about the work he does not just about the paycheck he will receive. He cleans up after himself, which as alot of us know, many handymen don't. He is very reasonably priced, works quickly while maintaining the quality of work I require. Randy will be my handyman for years to come!

My wife and I hired Danny for granite countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of his work and price. He was very professional, reliable and most of all honest. Danny went above and beyond our expectations. He would go out of his way by accompanying us to Home Depot and introduced us to granite suppliers. We were so happy with Danny we decided to hire him to complete other handy work jobs for our property. He did our plumming, electrical work, blinds and wall repairs. One thing that stood out the most about Danny was that he cared about our needs. He would work super late to make sure we meet our deadlines and he always worked around our schedule. We highly recommend Danny and will absolutely use him again for all our properties. Two thumbs up!

I accepted Gil's proposal based on the fact that he mentioned he had no overhead, like the bigger, more corporate companies, and therefore could be more fairly priced around my budget. I was very specific about everything I wanted to do, during our meeting, and I even wrote down an agreement with a list of everything I expected. I mentioned that I would like to physically go along with him to buy paints and baseboards, when it came time. We agreed on 30% upfront and 70% upon proper completion of all listed work. I'll list my experiences by positives and negatives: -Positives: Gil is quick to respond to messages and texts, he offered ideas as to how we could tackle the project. He's got a gentle soul, and he's a nice and respectful person. Our agreement in summary: Pop corn removal/texture application, includes planning, equipment, materials, area prep, roll/finish texture (Orange Peel) Every ceiling removed of pop corn. Wallpaper Removal/Glass removal. Includes everything plus setup and cleanup. Interior House Painting, scrape, sand, patch holes, defects, roll/spray or brush all walls, and all ceilings removed of wallpaper. Everything included, except cost of paint (which we were going to buy together) Knocking down 2 walls, to open up the rooms (Kitchen and livingroom/diningroom installing baseboards around the whole house. I gave him 30% as agreed. The first issue is, some wallpapers weren't removedas agreed, in the dining room, they were painted over instead, and when i realized this, I brought it up to Gil. He did rectify the issue, but I was sore at the fact that it wasn't done properly the first time around. The kitchen wall wasn't torn down and opened as I requested, and Gil mentioned that there was a load bearing issue. I feel others have done this successfully, and he should have been able to offer a solution, instead, we turned it into a window/bar situation, (which added costs, because now I had to hire someone else to make a bar, and i wasn't given a break on the price) The job took a lot longer than I was promised. I Hired gil on May 5th, and it wasn't completed until around the 19th. The master bedroom wasn't all done to satisfaction, because of some unforeseen circumstances, and all the mirrors which I'd mentioned to be disposed off, are still in my garage, and I believe Gil has left it up to me to dispose of them, which wasn't our agreement The spray painting was good enough, but every single door frame has paint unevenly bleeding into its edges. I don't feel proper prep time was dedicated to the edges and lines. I've had to hire someone else to come paint the frames, to clean them up. The wallpaper removal was very impressive, and I bet time consuming. He removed all the wallpaper as requested, the only issue I see with that is, the surface wasn't smoothed out properly, and some areas on the wall especially towards the floor, are a little rough. Altogether, commendable work. The baseboards weren't painted before installation, and I wasn't informed that this would make it difficult to paint, in the future. Having hired someone else to do the painting, it costs so much more. The installation was fantastic, everything fits, and everything is smooth, and properly caulked and ready for painting. I was never told when the paints were bought, yet, i had to reimburse for the purchases, and I still haven't found any of the cans. -The closets weren't prepped properly, and have uneven paint lines going to them, and at the corners and edges, the pop corn texture still shows. I think if they were not going to paint the closets, they should have covered it properly. Although some things were left in less than good condition, for the most part, everything was done beautifully, we didn't go over my budget, but we also took short cuts on some things that were agreed, mostly because I felt they took a little longer than I'd hoped, and by the end of it all, I was just ready for them to be done, so I could get back to my life. Overall, I'm satisfied with the job that was done, for the budget.

They ended up remodeling my entire house. From floors to ceilings. Literally! The entire kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms/living room. They pulled all of the flooring in the entire house, and laid all new flooring. Also they built me custom made cabinets.

Saul came over to install a foyer chandelier for me and I couldn't have asked for better. I called him on a weekend and he was available the next day. He was on time, worked cleanly and efficiently, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job before he left. I will absolutely go back to him for future projects around the house and recommend him to friends and family!

Great job pulling wire for ceiling fans and there installation. I had a situation arise and he was good enough to let me cancel with just a few hours notice and reschedule a couple of days later. Again his work was excellent, cleaned up after finishing his work, in a timely manner also and I will definitely use him in the future.

I work for a large Strip property. I had three quotations for my surround sound system and then had them reviewed by the head of our A/V department. Martin's was the only quotation that was reasonable and had the right equipment for my house layout / size. He was professional, polished and knowledgeable. He took his time not rushing the job. The install and the sound quality were awesome. Martin is also a master electrician who helped me relocate a chandelier. I'll be using him for a few other projects and can happily recommend him! Great work all around :)
