After more that ten years of utilizing the SNCS for computer tech support on all of my electronic devices I continue use and reccomend them for expert sales and service. They understand the important role of the social devices in our lives and provide fast and effecient service in the shortest amount of time as possible. In many cases less than one hour for diagnostic and problem resolution. Their committment to client satisfaction has proven to be the focus of SNCS. Great service, the tech was very helpful, and solved all my problems very quickly. My computer was really messed up with viruses and junk, he cleaned everything up, and helped me do some other things I didn't know how to do. Really happy!

Goodness! Where do I begin?! For over 10 years Tim Kalkofen has solved every one of my computer problems -- with complete professionalism, skill, AND patience. Most recently, he replaced my 9-plus! year-old computer with a "Tim-new" rebuilt computer that is working perfectly. It took a bit of time for the data to be transported from one computer to the other, during which he patiently answered each of my on-going questions. ^_^ Tim is always on time, always does top-quality work, and is always patient! Tim has helped me with several problems; hard drive crash, Itunes problems, just about anything. Tim always arrives on time and tries very hard to come asap, not waiting weeks for appt. I had quite a problem with Itunes and Tim did not give up until he solved it. This is a personal computer, not a business and I feel I am given the priority that any business would get.
