- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free assessments to give you an opportunity to meet us in person and a plan created for your project. Packages start at $199. Choose 4, 8, 12 or 20 hour packages with 1-3 organizers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our assessment is focused on helping your prioritize your project so that your first session is as successful as possible. We use an easy to follow 4 step system that will keep you organized. 1. Declutter space to help you decide what goes and what stays. 2. Create a zone or space for every item you're keeping. 3. Choose the best organization products for your space. 4. Teach you the easiest techniques to maintain your neatly organized space OR we'll keep it organized for you with monthly maintenance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my career with the National Association of Professional Organizers but once I brought on my team of super passionate organizers I decided a hands-on training was more effective. Our clients require a higher level of service, therefore, our organizers must be highly trained and knowledgeable on the best organization techniques and products. Each organizer is required to complete a thorough hands-on ten-module training process and participate in continued education every year.
